T-CAIREM's Introduction to AI in Medicine: Practical Issues & Recommendations for Clinicians weekend mini-course offers practical, hands-on exposure to the tools, opportunities, and implications of AI in your practice. You’ll leave with strategies to improve productivity and insights into the role AI is playing in your specialty. No coding experience is required. This is not a course designed to develop an AI tool. Instead, it focuses on current practical applications of AI in healthcare and their clinical implications. DEADLINE: October 8, 2026
T-CAIREM's upcoming AI in Practice for Residents & Fellows weekend mini-course offers practical, hands-on exposure to the tools, opportunities, and implications of AI in your medical training and future practice. Residents and Fellows will leave with strategies to improve productivity and insights into the role AI will play in shaping your specialty.
No coding experience is required. This is not a course designed to develop an AI tool. Instead, it focuses on current practical applications of AI in healthcare and their clinical implications.
COURSE DATES: 1pm to 4pm ET on November 21 & 22, 2026
FORMAT: Virtual (Zoom link will be provided to registered participants)
RESIDENTS & FELLOWS: REGULAR PRICE: CAD $425 +tax (If registering after Oct. 9)
LICENSED CLINICIAN: REGULAR PRICE: CAD $950 +tax (Please note that if you are a licensed clinician/doctor, the rate for the course is $950 as the advertised rate is subsidized for residents/fellows only.)
NOTE: A certificate of completion will be provided for participants who pass the end-of-course quiz.
T-CAIREM is offering two grants for $50,000 to encourage researchers to create unique datasets to be housed on T-CAIREM's Health Data Nexus. We're holding an info session for researchers interested in applying for a grant. Bring your questions!
