U of T Alumni Career Support
From career kickoff resources for new grads to free courses that will upskill your resumé, this section of the Alumni website is your lifelong resource for ideas, connections and support. Highlights include career guidance resources, courses & videos, continuing education discounts and lifelong learning opportunities.

NEW in 2026: A special health care section within LinkedIn Learning, which is offered at no cost to registered U of T alumni. The new collection includes 41 courses, 225 videos and 25 AI role play scenarios.

U of T Entrepreneurship
This online hub for entrepreneurs across all sectors is your one-stop-shop for innovation resources, including a directory of U of T accelerators, academic courses for honing business development skills, funding opportunities, toolkits, a startup job board, a calendar of events and more. There is also an Alumni Innovators hub specifically for U of T alumni.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
The Temerty Faculty of Medicine’s CPD office is the largest provider of continuing education for health care professionals in Canada. Offering hundreds of programs and conferences each year, alumni can gain accreditation, stay updated on their field’s best practices, and learn about the latest innovations and techniques.

Offering a range of academic and executive leadership programs, the Sandra Rotman Centre for Health Sector Strategy helps learners build the expertise they need to advance their careers and drive change in the rapidly-evolving health care sector.

The Health Innovation Hub H2i offers a wide array of programming and resources for entrepreneurs and their ventures throughout various stages of growth — from mentoring, to funding opportunities, to workshops and speaker series.
