Maya Menezes is the Senior Manager of Development and Programming at The Leap, an organization aimed at advancing systemic change amidst intersecting crises of climate change, racism and inequality. Maya is an experienced community  organizer and activist in climate, migrant, decolonizing, and anti-racist struggles, and was one of the main speakers at the historic September 2019 climate march in Tkaronto.
