Renewing focus on our shared values

As the temperatures drop, my thoughts go out to the individuals and families struggling to stay healthy and safe, not just here at home but around the world in a year that has been marked by political upheaval, violence and distress about humanity’s future. How can we support each other and work for a better world? By committing to our values as caring Canadians, starting with kindness and respect for each other. Maybe that extends to volunteering time, sharing expertise or financially supporting organizations that help heal communities and reflect those values in a way that feels authentic to you.

Giving Back

The impact of donor support begins by enhancing the work of our clinicians, researchers and trainees but then resonates throughout the health-care system and ultimately serves to improve human health.
