The Temerty Faculty of Medicine invites alumni to share their Words of Wisdom with the incoming class of MD students.

Please use the form below to submit your note. We ask that you keep submissions to a maximum of 250 words. Your note will be printed on Words of Wisdom letterhead and distributed to the incoming class of MD students during orientation week. It may also appear in Words of Wisdom promotional material (eg. website).
