Dear Graduate Chairs, Graduate Coordinators and Administrative Staff,
We realize many may be feeling the effects of information overload, but we have been receiving calls that faculty are not getting the most updated information and are not aware of information being sent to graduate students. Please disseminate in a timely fashion all relevant emails you receive regarding COVID19 to your faculty and admin staff.

As you can imagine, the COVID19 situation is now extremely fluid at both the university, municipal, provincial and federal level. We are all doing our best to provide the most updated information and in that attempt, we have become inundated with too much information, making it difficult to sort through what is the most pressing and relevant. We will all continue to do our best and appreciate any communication from the department that may arise in the days ahead so that GLSE can act accordingly and swiftly to ensure information is disseminated as widely as possible.
