Teaching with Technology (Digital Program)

Continuing Professional Development’s Teaching with Technology certificate program returns this Fall and offers a 40-hour accredited program to help boost your digital skill set for teaching and learning. This program goes beyond the basics of education in an online environment, to effectively integrate online pedagogical design into successful teaching. This program will be held entirely online, and session dates run from October 18, 2022, to March 28, 2023.

In recent times, we have seen an increased focus on the importance of online teaching and learning environments for healthcare professionals. At the same time, there is mounting evidence that combining traditional, face to face (F2F) learning with online, technology enhanced learning, provides improved learning outcomes than either method alone. Now, more than ever, the need to develop a technology enhanced skillset is essential to delivering effective teaching.
