Interdisciplinary Social Accountibility Conference in Healthcare

The Interdisciplinary Social Accountability Conference in Healthcare (ISACH) will invite healthcare trainees from a broad range of disciplines in Ontario to participate in a single-day event focused on social accountability in health care. The theme for the 2024 conference will be “Advocacy in Healthcare.” The objectives of the event are as follows:

1. To provide healthcare trainees the opportunity to present their research focusing on the social determinants of health;
2. To provide healthcare trainees the opportunity to attend panel discussions and workshops in various domains related to social determinants of health.
3. To promote networking between disciplines and thus emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration as a principle of working towards social accountability and advocacy within healthcare
