Building Communities through Inclusive Health

Throughout the two-day event, we will hear from clinicians, scholars, and community members who will collaborate to bring meaningful discussion on how to bridge health inequities experienced by marginalized populations nationwide. This unique perspective will provide a richer and more complex understanding of the interaction of social conditions and health, as well as their implications towards achieving a more resilient and equitable health system. Held at Highland Hall at U of T Scarborough, in partnership with Scarborough Health Network. This conference is free to attend.
