AIRCHECK Workshop
This is two-day hybrid workshop, organized by Dr. Benjamin Haibe-Kains, where you will gain hands-on experience with AIRCHECK, an advanced data platform. AIRCHECK, co-developed by the Structural Genomics Consortium at the University of Toronto and UHN, is a secure, cloud-based platform on Google Cloud. It gathers and combines protein-small molecule binding data from modern experimental technologies, integrating storage, sharing, and AI model development.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use the platform and see how it helps researchers develop and improve AI models. This approach makes drug discovery faster, more efficient, and more affordable. You will also take part in an interactive AIRCHECK Hackathon, where you can apply machine learning techniques in drug discovery using real-world, high-quality datasets.
