Apotome Live Cell System

The Apotome live cell system provides for imaging of plastic or coverslip glass bottom plates, typical immunofluorescence slides and brightfield IHC samples.  The system is capable of optical sectioning, using the Apotome structured illumination, and is equipped with an Axiocam 506 monochrome camera and an ICC5 color camera.  Objectives include 10x, 20x dry, Long Distance 20x and 40x, oil immersion 40x and 63x.  Incubation, regulation of temperature, CO2 and humidity, permits live cell imaging.  Focus stabilization allows for long term time lapse imaging.
