Co-Designing the Next Phase of Sickle Cell Disease Care Community Priorities, Education and System Change

This session will present findings from a community driven effort to co-design a paediatric sickle cell disease satellite clinic at Trillium Health Partners. Through engagement with children, caregivers, clinicians, and community partners, this work centres lived and living experience to better understand gaps in care and identify priorities for more equitable and responsive services.
