Essential Ingredients of Integrated Care

Registration Fee: $350 plus HST. The fee includes refreshments throughout the day, a catered lunch, and wine and cheese reception.
In Event of Cancellation In the event of cancellation before the symposium begins, the registration fee will be refunded less a $150.00 administration fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Substitutions are allowed.
